What is a brand?

While many of us thinks of branding as symbols associated with a company to differentiate themselves, it truly is more than that.
๐Branding is about the connotations and feelings customers have about your product or company.
Most of the choices we make every day are based on how we feel and see ourselves and others. Brands are no different from people.ย Here are some tips on how to position your brand positively๐
1. Be consistent in your communication โcredible brands are positive brands.
2. Understand your audience โ their values and beliefs.
3. Make it personal โ go beyond changing the customer name. Personalization is based on intentions, personality, and emotions.
4. Humanize your brand โ become best โfrandsโ with your customer and post valuable information that your audience with appreciate, even if it is not explicitly selling your product.
